Why does that happen?

There are various reasons why your property may not show up when you put in your postcode. This is especially common if the property is a new build.

What can I do?

If this happens, you can simply select the "Can't find my address" option in the drop-down menu as shown below:

As you do so, a new field will appear where you will be able to manually enter your address:
