When it comes to choosing a service provider, we all have preferences and like things a certain way. We believe that switching energy suppliers shouldn't be any different.
As you personalise your Labrador account, you are giving us the information we need to switch you to an energy supplier that best meets your preferences. For instance, you can configure your preferences based on customer service levels, green energy, or just the cheapest tariff. When we find the right tariff for you, we will initiate the switching process, which can either happen automatically or manually via an alert that we will send you by e-mail.
However that's set up, you can always change your mind and cancel within 14 days.
What can I change?
You can set your preferences around things like:
- Automatic switching
- Customer service rating
- Smart meter usage
- Fuel type
- Fuel source
- Cancellation fee
- Tariff contract type
- Credit checks
Where do I do that?
When you're in the Labrador Dashboard, go to the Switching preferences section where you'll be able to adjust these parameters to your liking.
