The switching process is one that we manage for you. This is why we are here. However, you have full and complete control and visibility over all of your switches, regardless of the switching preference that you set in your profile.
How does it work?
Typically, there are two ways this process works depending on how you have set up your switching preference. We can either alert you so you can take your time making the decision to switch or we can automatically initiate the switch on your behalf.
Regardless of your switching preference, you will always receive an email from us regarding the new tariff. If for any reason this new tariff isn't what you're looking for, you can always let the offer pass and wait for the next one.
What are the options?
Here are the two options that you can choose from:
- If you set your switching preference to Alert, we will notify you via email when we find a cheaper tariff that matches you preferences. You simply need to accept or decline. If you would like to go ahead with the switch, we will do the rest for you. Otherwise, if you do nothing, then nothing will happen and we will not switch you.
- If you set your switching preference to Automatic, we will initiate the switch process as soon as we've found a deal for you and send you a confirmation email. At this point, you have 14 days to cancel this switch if you decide that you want to stay with your existing supplier for the time being.
